The proposal combines a public parking structure with administration and coworking spaces while integrating public landscape, bicycle infrastructure and supporting civic functions at ground level. Conceived through a flexible structural system, the building is designed not only for its immediate use, but also for future adaptation and transformation as mobility patterns change.
